POC (Proof of Concept)

A POC is a small-scale pilot project to demonstrate the technical feasibility and value of a solution before investing in full implementation. A typical AI POC lasts 2-4 weeks, uses a subset of real data, and produces concrete metrics. It is the safest way for SMEs to validate AI before committing significant budget.

Scalability

Scalability is the ability of a system or process to handle increasing volumes without degrading performance or requiring proportionally increasing costs. A scalable AI system can go from 100 to 10,000 documents processed per day without redesign. Scalability is one of AI's main promises: once built, the marginal cost per unit decreases.
