The Doge Code

Our process, open.
Completely.

Many have asked us how we really work — not the deck version, but the concrete steps we follow when we enter a company. We decided to make it public.

Phase 0

Before technology, people.

The most advanced technology in the world doesn't work if people don't believe in it. That's why Phase 0 comes before any technical assessment.

The fear of being replaced

It's the most widespread concern and rarely expressed openly. If not addressed immediately, it translates into passive resistance: incomplete data, biased feedback, slow adoption. Our approach is direct: AI moves people from repetitive operations to high-value activities. Those who learn to work with AI become more valuable, not less.

Disillusion from tools already tried

Those who have already experimented with AI without success tend to dismiss any new proposal. These individuals are often among the most capable and most critical. The strategy: we show them something that actually works, quickly, in their domain, before asking for any commitment.

Practical rule: if there's someone in the company who has already tried AI without results, that person must be among the first to see a working quick win. Converting one skeptic is worth ten evangelists.

One-to-one interviews

Interviews with the executive team. We meet individually with the leaders of the main business functions. The goal isn't to collect data — it's to build trust and understand the strategic priorities of those who need to sponsor the projects.

Internal survey

Internal discovery survey. We administer a structured questionnaire to a selection of employees chosen by function and seniority. Four sections: who you are, how you work today, the inefficiencies holding you back, your relationship with AI. Time: 10-15 minutes.

Phase 1

Before writing a line of code.

Every implementation decision must be justified by numbers...
